The title in french means "decline of a queen". This is the feeling which I want to paint with this scenery. It was a huge picture painted in a big size (4000 x 6000) featuring also a queen under the castle but I found out that the composition wasn't balanced enough so I've decided to crop it. This new version features only the burned castle. Made mostly in Photoshop especially the texturing and first sketch but also in Painter for the blendings.
Picture made with 3 main references but they were just there to inspire me, I didn't want to mimic a original picture.
Comments and critics are welcome. Thanks
Spent several hours on it, especially evenings and nights.
